Your options
When you post a job, choose how candidates apply:
- On Bilingo — candidates apply with their Bilingo profile, CV, a short note, and answers to your screening questions. Everything lands in your Applicants inbox.
- On your site — the apply button sends candidates to your career site or application form. You manage applications there.
Which to choose
Apply on Bilingo is the quickest for candidates and keeps every candidate's profile and resume in one inbox. Choose your own site if your hiring process already runs through an ATS or form.
Change it later
Edit the listing from Listings and switch the application method. Applications you already received stay in your inbox.
Jobs synced from your ATS
Jobs that come from an ATS integration send candidates to your own career site by default. You can edit any synced job the same way and switch it to receive applications on Bilingo — the setting stays when the job syncs again. See How job syncing works for what each sync updates.
