Sync schedule
Each integration syncs automatically once a day. You can also click Sync Now on an integration — for example right after posting new jobs in your ATS.
What each sync does
- New jobs in your ATS are added to Bilingo.
- Changed jobs are updated with the latest title, description, location, and salary.
- Jobs no longer open in your ATS are taken down from Bilingo automatically.
Each integration's Sync history shows when it ran and how many jobs were found, added, updated, or removed.
Receive applications on Bilingo
Synced jobs send candidates to apply on your own career site by default. If you'd rather collect applications in your Bilingo Applicants inbox for a job:
- Open Listings and click Edit on the synced job.
- Switch the application method to apply on Bilingo, add any screening questions (for example, about the candidate's language skills), and save.
Your choice stays in place when the job syncs again. The title, description, location, and salary still refresh from your ATS on every sync, so make lasting changes to those in your ATS rather than on Bilingo.
If jobs aren't showing up
- Check Last status on the Integrations page for an error.
- Make sure the jobs are published on your public career site — we only see what's public.
