From Employers:

• Company name, Company logo, Contact information, and Job listing data. 
• Billing and subscription details (processed securely by third-party payment provider)

From Job Seekers:

• Email address (for newsletter subscription only) 
• Payment information (if purchasing the Resume/CV template — processed securely by a third-party provider)

Automatically collected:

IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, cookies (for performance and analytics).

We do not require registration for job seekers to browse or apply to job listings

How We Use Information 

We use collected information to:

• To facilitate job postings and resume template sales
• Send newsletter and job alerts to subscribers
• Analyse website performance and improve user experience 
• Comply with legal obligations

Newsletter Subscriptions 

Job seekers can subscribe to receive job alerts via email. We use third-party email service providers for this purpose. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.

Third-Party Services Providers

We use trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments and Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp for alerts and marketing). Their Privacy Policies apply when you interact with their tools through our Site.

Job Applications and Third-Party Links

When you click on the “Apply now” button on a job listing, you will either:

• Be directed to an external website designated by the employer, or 
• Open your email client to contact the employer directly.

Bilingo does not collect, process, or store application data submitted externally. We strongly recommend reviewing and understanding the Privacy Policies of any third-party websites before submitting your personal information.

Payments and Transactions 

All payments on Bilingo.ca, such as purchases of subscription plans or resume templates are securely processed through a third-party payment processor. Bilingo.ca does not store or process your card details directly.
