Open a CV
On the Applicants list or an applicant's review page:
- View CV opens it in a new tab. PDFs display right in your browser; Word files download.
- Download CV saves a copy to your computer.
If the candidate linked their CV instead, you'll see Open CV, or LinkedIn profile for LinkedIn links.
When you can see a CV
CVs are only available to employer accounts. You can open one when:
- the candidate applied to one of your jobs, or
- the candidate made their profile Public or Employers only.
On a public talent profile, you'll see the same View and Download buttons once you're logged in as an employer.
Handle CVs with care
CVs contain personal information. Only use them to assess candidates for your openings, don't share them outside your hiring team, and delete downloaded copies when you're done.
