One account, one purpose
Every Bilingo account is either a job seeker account or an employer account. You choose when you sign up, and it can't be changed afterwards.
Keeping them separate means employers only ever see real candidates, candidates only deal with real employers, and each dashboard shows only what you need.
What each account can do
- Job seekers: build a profile and CV, save jobs and searches, get alerts, and apply for jobs.
- Employers: post jobs, create company pages, review applicants and CVs, and connect an ATS.
Need both?
If you're hiring and also looking for work, create two accounts with two different email addresses. Log out and back in to switch, choosing Job seeker or Employer on the login page.
Signed up as the wrong type?
Create a new account of the right type with another email address, or contact [email protected].
