Who we're looking for:
As a senior member of the Service Monitoring Systems team, you will be responsible of the planning, design, deployment and operational support of advanced monitoring solutions across wireless and wireline technologies. You will serve as a technical expert in network visibility, device management and monitoring, helping ensure that our platforms provide reliable insights into network performance, service quality, configuration change and incidents.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external technology partners (e.g., OpenText, Netscout, Gigamon, Cisco, RCATSOne, Commscope, Witbe, etc.) to integrate and optimize scalable, high-performance monitoring systems that enhance network visibility, performance optimization, operational automation and incident resolution. Although this is not primarily a software development role, you will use scripting, automation, APIs, and targeted code modifications to improve integrations, streamline operations, and address technical requirements.
