High-visibility project delivery role in infrastructure design and building construction for a confident people, resources and client expectation manager.
You are renowned for your accomplishments as an associate project manager in the design and construction industry, as well as your ability to collaborate with senior management and build credibility with clients, especially when dealing with multiple project delivery objectives, and bring a range of skills, experience and emotional intelligence that inspire excellence and lead to quality outcomes. You are an exceptional communicator, able to manage relationships and performance; someone clients know they can count on to leverage the people, resources and processes required to not only implement project specifications, but also to meet their highest expectations.
Reporting to a Project Manager of a major, multi-year project, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, delivering and reporting on assigned project scope based on schedule and budget. The position works within a larger project management team and is responsible for specific scope while integrating with all other disciplines of project management. The scope of work this position will focus on is demolition, interior fit up, landscape, and Civil. Experience in these areas is an asset. The position will also require the development of client communication notices in both French and English.
