Build your candidate profile

Why it matters

Your profile is what employers see when you apply, and it powers your job alerts and recommendations. A complete profile gets noticed; an empty one gets skipped.

Required before you continue

New job seekers fill these in before they can use the dashboard or apply for jobs. They're marked with * on the profile page:

  • Headline — one line about who you are, your languages, and what you want, for example Bilingual customer service rep seeking hybrid roles in Toronto or Montreal.
  • Target roles — the job titles you're after, separated by commas.
  • Preferred locations — cities, provinces, or Remote.
  • Skills — pick from the list or type your own and press Enter.
  • CV — upload a file, or add your LinkedIn profile or a link to your CV. See Upload your CV or add your LinkedIn.

Click Save and continue. Once everything required is in, you'll go straight to your dashboard — or back to the job you were applying for.

Make it stand out

  • Bio — a short overview of your background and strengths.
  • Languages and work details — the languages you work in (choose French and English, or Other and type your pair), plus work mode, availability, seniority, and salary range.
  • Open to work — turn it on to show employers you're actively looking.

The Profile completeness box on the right shows your progress and what to add next.
