Our refund policy
All sales, including job postings, plans, and the bilingual resume template, are final. We don't offer refunds for the current billing period, including when a subscription is cancelled part-way through.
Avoid surprise charges
- Cancel a subscription before its renewal date to stop the next charge.
- Keep renewal reminders on under Settings → Notifications.
Billing problems
If you were charged twice or see a charge you don't recognize, contact [email protected] with the date and amount, and we'll look into it.
