Purpose
In coordination with the Branch Manager, leads and oversees the International Investment Advisory (IIA) Branch which includes locations in Toronto, Cayman and Bahamas and multiple jurisdictions in Latin America, Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
This is a dynamic role assisting the Branch Manager in areas of Advisor Coaching, adoption and delivery of Total Wealth solutions, problem solving, branch sales and marketing initiatives. Along with, supporting growth in branch assets and revenue, recruiting, regulatory compliance and oversight.
