Who Are We?
The Expedition Women in Leadership Program is focused on identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing diversity talent. Expedition is a 24-month rotational program with three rotations across Canadian Banking and Wealth Management, giving Senior Managers the opportunity to lead and support strategic projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the bank’s strategic priorities. You will join the bank as a Senior Manager, the highest-entry-level development program at Scotiabank.

As an Expedition Senior Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of Scotiabank in Canadian Banking and Wealth Management ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 8 months in length.
At the end of the 2-year rotational program, you will be equipped with the technical, analytical, and leadership abilities to transition into roles within different business lines.
