What is the opportunity?
As Manager, T&O New Employee Programs, you will design and deliver high-quality new employee experiences and resources that empower new employees in Technology & Operations (T&O) with the knowledge, tools, and network to succeed in their roles. Reporting to the Senior Manager, T&O New Employee Programs, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to programming that accelerates time-to-productivity and strengthens engagement for new T&O employees.
The experience spans the first 0-12 months from the employee's start date, integrating them into our community and culture, as well as strengthening engagement and belonging.
