Reports to: Team Leader
The Trainer is primarily responsible for the training delivery (virtual / in-person) to new and existing operational employees. They assist with the design, development, and the organization of the various training content. They conduct needs assessments to understand the requirements of the learner and monitor progress from training delivery through testing and evaluation and share results with leaders to ensure training measurement and success. They foster an interactive and creative approach to the facilitation of training by using a blended learning methodology (i.e. virtual instructor-led training, self-directed e-learning modules, interactive case studies, knowledge-based assessments, simulations, “hands on” production work and more).
