We support our customers through operations located in NS, NB, NL, and PE.

We're looking for a Sales Representative to grow existing customer relationships while actively developing new business in the New Brunswick territory. You'll manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with an assigned Customer Service Representative and our internal teams to develop solutions and drive profitable growth. You will report to the Director, Sales & Marketing.


Duties & Responsibilities

·         Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts

·         Build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers

·         Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts

·         Prospect, qualify and secure new customers

·         Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline

·         Manage pricing and commercial opportunities with a focus on profitable growth

·         Work with Design and other internal teams to develop customer solutions

·         Monitor market and competitive activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts


Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

·         B2B sales or account management experience

·         A proven ability to build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow new business within existing accounts

·         Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills

·         A proactive approach to developing existing accounts, winning new business, and achieving sales objectives

·         Strong organization, planning and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage customer activities and sales opportunities effectively

·         Proficiency in standard business software and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

·         Bilingual English/French required for Moncton-based positions.


Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in packaging, manufacturing or related industry
