Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of diffferent candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

149,600 - 182,800

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

About the role

We're hiring a Director, Product and Design to lead product management and human-centered design for our AI solutions.

In this role, you will define and communicate a compelling vision for agentic software powering one of our business units, translate that vision into an actionable roadmap, and own delivery from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value to customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

What you will do here:

Reporting to the Vice President, Product and Design, your main responsibilities are:

• Drive the vision and implementation of our agentic platform. Partner with your team and key stakeholders to define end-to-end, AI-augmented enterprise journeys — and deliver them, owning build, integration, and rollout. Leverage design expertise to reimagine journeys, and guide your product team in shaping and executing a data-driven, actionable roadmap.
• Build and coach a high-performing, engaged team. Lead a team of experienced managers, each overseeing their own team of specialists. Inspire, develop, and mentor your organization, creating an environment where people do their best work. Proactively remove obstacles to enable superior execution.
• Collaborate and drive change across the organization. Build strong relationships with partners and executives. Communicate strategy clearly, grounded in customer insight and organizational goals. Work with cross-functional peers to bring the vision to life, and partner with business units to lead change management and adoption.
• Champion Product and Design practices. Cultivate a culture where Product Management and Experience Design practitioners thrive. Advocate for these disciplines with stakeholders, and help scale and elevate our practices and methodologies across the organization.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in design, product management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience crafting AI solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management (direct reports).
• Minimum of 10 years in product management and/or user experience design.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping products leveraging Agile methods and operating within large organizations.
• Diplomatic, entrepreneurial, strategic, and deeply passionate about digital experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
