Job Description

Build the future with us

Are you interested in helping advance talent management within a large organization that values continuous learning and employee well-being?

As part of the Talent Management team, you will help evolve practices that enable the organization to identify, develop, engage, and prepare the talent needed to achieve its business ambitions. This role is for you if you enjoy building, transforming, and moving initiatives forward through collaboration. You will have the opportunity to enhance existing practices, including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, skills-based talent management, and employer branding, as well as develop new ones.

This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Talent Management Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Lead mandates and contribute to strategic talent management projects, from defining the mandate through implementation;
  • Understand business needs and translate them into concrete, practical solutions tailored to the realities of managers and employees;
  • Analyze practices, data, and trends to identify key findings and formulate clear recommendations;
  • Collaborate with partners across multiple areas of expertise, including Talent and Culture business partners, HR analytics and systems, information technology, learning and development, culture, employee experience, and business sectors;
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to foster alignment and move initiatives forward;
  • Act as a product owner on certain projects, depending on your profile and skills, by ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables while effectively managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has seven or more years of experience, including experience in human resources and significant involvement in large-scale, cross-functional projects;
  • Communicates effectively with different audiences, including delivery teams, managers, and executives;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect talent-related issues to business priorities and formulate concrete, practical recommendations;
  • Is comfortable working with ambiguity, adjusting priorities, and moving forward in a structured manner even when all the answers are not yet known;
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with a wide range of partners;
  • Has an intermediate-to-advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves frequent meetings and presentations with unilingual English-speaking stakeholders;
  • Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role involves meetings and presentation as well as day to day communication with French-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence;
  • AI is in everyone’s hands, empowering you to increase your personal effectiveness while supporting the organization’s growth;
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed;
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.

  • Competitive retirement savings plan;
  • Employee share purchase plan;
  • Vacation program, wellness days, and personal development days;
