The incumbent will work very closely with advisor teams, head office departments, business implementation partners and vendors to turn prioritized use cases into working solutions, and to build the practical skills required to use them well within a regulated wealth management environment. This is a hands-on builder and educator role, executing against the AI experience strategy and roadmap owned by the Senior AI Journey Owner, and measured on adoption, business value delivered, and the firm's readiness for the AI capabilities being introduced into the platforms we use.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As an AI Enablement Specialist you’ll be at the core of our mission.

Here are the main responsibilities:

Discover & Design

  • Interview advisor teams and head office staff to understand how they work, and shape solutions that fit their day-to-day workflow

  • Define how dealer-provided AI coexists with the other AI tools in the advisor ecosystem, so capabilities complement each other

Build & Deliver

  • Maintain the AI use case backlog, apply a prioritization framework to evaluate each request, and build the prioritized use cases into working agents and solutions for advisor practices and head office teams

  • Automate end-to-end workflows with AI, connecting the systems and handoffs so manual steps are removed

  • Design for cost efficiency, choosing the right model, keeping prompts and context token-efficient, and lowering cost per task

  • Define and maintain the path from approved to delivered, including build standards, testing and handoff, so delivery is consistent and repeatable

  • Run user acceptance testing before rollout, and adjust solutions based on what testing shows

Adoption & Support

  • Partnering with the Training Team, design and deliver practical training for advisors and head office staff at both firms, from getting started through advanced use

  • Recruit, support and grow a network of AI champions across head office departments who help colleagues adopt these tools

  • Provide training content, demonstrations and subject matter expertise to support rollouts led by the Business Implementation Team

  • Support solutions after launch, acting as the point of escalation for issues and improving them based on how people use them

Risk & Compliance

  • Apply firm policy on data handling, privacy, records and supervision to every solution built

  • Partner with compliance, risk and legal to complete Privacy Impact Assessment before solution is live

Measure & Evolve

  • Track usage, time saved, run cost and the business outcome behind each solution delivered, and report results to management and stakeholders

  • Work with AI vendors and platform providers to test new and preview capabilities, feed the firm's needs back into their roadmaps, and resolve issues affecting our users

  • Stay current on developments in generative AI and the Canadian regulatory environment, and apply this knowledge to strengthen the firm's AI roadmap

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has 3 to 5 years or more of combined experience in technology enablement, training, business analysis or solution delivery for business users ideally in the financial industry.

· Is recognized for their interpersonal and influencing skills and builds strong relationships while gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

· Has hands-on experience building with generative AI, including agents, prompt design and workflow automation, with solutions that real people use rather than demonstrations

· Is known for their ability to bridge business and technology needs and demonstrates the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.

·Demonstrates excellent communication in English and French is a strong asset, facilitation and presentation skills and can clearly articulate complex ideas and recommendations.

· Stands out for their strong planning , problem-solving , critical thinking and organizational skills with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities

The typical hiring range for this position is between 100 000 and 130 000 CAD per year + bonus ; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
