As an Agency Support Agent (Brossard), you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Career Agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated, and professional support to clients, the sales force, and the management team. What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Agency Support Agent (Brossard), you will be at the heart of the Career Agency mission.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients and members of the sales force, both in person and by phone, while delivering professional and courteous service
• Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed
• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, including contract onboarding, orientation, integration, and offboarding of advisors
• Supporting the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes
• Contributing positively to agency operations by helping manage office facilities, mail, office supplies, and documenting processes and procedures related to agency activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for outstanding customer service skills and the ability to understand the needs of both clients and the sales force
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team spirit
• Is autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable in a changing environ
• ment
• Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
• Has full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Has an advanced level of English, as this position requires regular interaction with English-speaking internal and external partners as part of daily responsibilities
