Solutions Implementation Manager

Synopsis of the role

The Solutions Implementation Manager is responsible for collaborating with customers and cross functional teams to Deliver Technical Solutions to business.  Align customer requirements with technical solutions, understanding business needs, and assists the implementation team in planning the delivery of projects.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client projects and deliveries, and ensure the solution we deliver indeed satisfies client needs

  • Identify the business needs for new and enhanced products, services, and business processes 

  • With a technical business analysis mindset, provide consultancy and advice to business partners to help addressing business problems and issues

  • Be the single point of contact on the Delivery team and work with customers to build client relationships and trust

  • Understand technical solutions and translate the technical solutions for clients and business partners

  • Lead regular cadence meetings internally and externally with project stakeholders

  • Lead and moderate workshops with customers and business partners to define requirements

  • Support implementation, testing and billing of projects

  • Assist implementation team in planning customer deployments

  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to develop business process flows

What experience you need:

  • 7+ years of relevant client facing experience

  • Have a technical background

  • Project Management & Change Management Skills to manage client solution deliveries

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Understand and able to write simple user stories and user acceptance criteria

  • Ability to read and write business rules and logics (pseudo code)

  • Experienced with system integration projects

  • Experience with conducting training, include preparing materials & demos

  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence, Agile and Waterfall methodologies

What could set you apart 

  • Bilingual with English and French

  • Understanding credit data, credit adjudication, and use of Equifax Products to solve customer problems

  • Basic programming skills or Microsoft Excel Macro
