What will your typical day look like?

Le candidat misera sur de solides compétences en comptabilité et en analyse financières, en gestion de projet et en communication pour faire partie d’équipes de services complets affectées au contrôle diligent de Deloitte, ou
diriger ces équipes, agir en tant qu’agent de liaison, et établir des relations avec les clients, les conseillers financiers, les banques d’investissement, les conseillers juridiques, les sociétés de prêts aux entreprises et autres
parties prenantes conformément à l’étendue des travaux convenue. 
En outre, le candidat retenu sera un membre chevronné essentiel des équipes responsables du contrôle diligent financier dans le cadre de l’exécution ou de la direction de missions de contrôle diligent pour des clients, et devra élaborer des solutions et formuler des recommandations relatives aux facteurs déterminants des transactions
comme le BAIIA normalisé, le prix de la transaction, les ajustements au titre du fonds de roulement, les clauses d’indexation sur le résultat et les synergies d’acquisition. Il formulera également des recommandations et des commentaires sur des aspects techniques des conventions d’achat et de vente, en tirant parti des résultats du
contrôle diligent et de l’expérience acquise lors de missions précédentes.

L’équipe des Services transactionnels est un groupe collaboratif qui crée de la valeur pour les clients qui entreprennent une fusion, une acquisition ou un dessaisissement. Notre équipe soutient nos clients à toutes les
étapes du cycle de vie des F&A grâce à notre approche de Cabinet unique. Nous participons à des transactions de toutes les tailles dans divers secteurs. L’équipe a conclu avec succès des transactions d’une valeur variant de 5 M$ à 1 G$ principalement auprès des clients des secteurs public et privé du marché intermédiaire.

Vous possédez ce qui suit :

• Un minimum de cinq années d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins une année dans le domaine des services transactionnels ou des F&A;
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, souci du détail, et capacité de s’adapter à des projets et à des calendriers non structurés;
• Obtention ou obtention prochaine du titre de CPA ou d’un autre titre professionnel comptable requise;
• Obtention ou obtention prochaine d’un deuxième titre professionnel (p. ex. CFA, EEE, CF, etc.) un atout;
• En raison de la nature du poste qui nécessite une interaction avec des clients nationaux et internationaux, le
  bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour ce poste.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $208,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
