-- What will your typical day look like?

As an Analyst/Consultant, you will work as part of multidisciplinary teams to analyze client challenges, develop practical solutions, and support implementation. You will contribute to work spanning strategy through delivery while building knowledge across:

• Conduct research, data analysis, interviews, process mapping, and current-state assessments.
• Support the design of care models, workflows, operating models, implementation plans, and performance measures.
• Develop clear presentations, reports, meeting materials, and client-ready deliverables.
• Support program management, change, training, testing, readiness, go-live, and benefits-tracking activities.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, digital teams, and other Deloitte practitioners.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity, and delivery speed.
• Contribute to proposals, reusable assets, market research, and practice-building activities.

Healthcare Solutions (HCS) helps health organizations translate system priorities into operational change that improves how care is designed, delivered, and enabled. Our work combines deep clinical and health-system knowledge with operational and digital execution to convert health investments into measurable productivity, stronger experiences, and better outcomes.

You bring relevant experience in healthcare, professional services, project delivery, operations, technology, policy, clinical practice, or a related field and demonstrate the following:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Curiosity about Canadian healthcare and interest in how care delivery, operations, funding, workforce, and technology intersect.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise findings and practical recommendations.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and learning new subjects quickly.
• Experience with healthcare operations, clinical services, digital health, EHR/HIS, diagnostics, shared services, ERP, data, AI, or transformation is an asset.
• Bilingual capability is an assets where relevant to the role and market.

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
