What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the Croesus Support team, you will work closely with team members, internal partners, and external vendors to support the day-to-day functions and activities related to the Croesus Advisor and Croesus Xpert portfolio management systems. You will assist frontline users at Wood Gundy branches by analyzing and resolving routine to moderately complex issues, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as needed.
At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. At the present time, this role provides the opportunity to conduct all work activities remotely via CIBC's Agent@Home program, and will only require you to be on-site on an occasional basis. The expectation is that you must be able to attend your primary CIBC location within two hours upon request. Please note, however, that this work arrangement is subject to change based on business needs.
Agent@Home Program Requirements
Ability to work independently in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions.
Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate. (Internet connection must be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15mbps and upload speed of 10mbps). Satellite internet providers are prohibited due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $56,500 to $70,700.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
We are committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation opportunities for all employees and we encourage open conversations about compensation throughout the recruitment process.
