What you'll be doing
Core Banking and Payments Technology delivers the platforms and solutions that support essential banking experiences for our clients and teams. As a Sr Consultant, Salesforce Developer, you'll lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that align with CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap and business priorities. You'll develop and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support integration across multi-platform environments, including Azure-enabled systems. In this role, you'll contribute technical expertise across the full development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, implementation, and optimization. You'll also help strengthen development practices by promoting code quality, solution reliability, and secure, supportable delivery standards.
