What you'll be doing

Our Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Data team plays an important role in shaping how we deliver trusted, efficient, and compliant data capabilities across Capital Markets. As a Product Owner, you'll define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory data initiatives while ensuring priorities align with business goals, stakeholder needs, and client outcomes. You'll own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business objectives into clear user stories and requirements, and work closely with Business Analyst Leads, Development Managers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and delivery teams. You'll act as the primary decision-maker for product priorities, support release planning, and guide product development cycles from concept through delivery. You'll also review completed work against acceptance criteria, monitor key performance indicators and value realization, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

How you'll succeed

• Product strategy and roadmap - Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client Lifecycle Management Regulatory Data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term objectives.
• Backlog management - Own and prioritize the product backlog, refine requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to support effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery execution.
• Quality and acceptance - Review and validate completed work against defined acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality expectations, and client needs.
• Stakeholder engagement - Build strong relationships across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate decisions, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in a timely and transparent way.
• Value realization - Monitor product outcomes, key performance indicators, and business value to continuously improve the product experience and ensure delivery supports strategic goals.
  

Who you are

• You have relevant experience. You bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Architect, or in a related role within Capital Markets, with strong knowledge of client and regulatory data. Experience in banking and the regulatory data space is required.

• You can demonstrate experience in Agile and Scrum delivery, backlog prioritization, user story development, stakeholder management, and tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Azure DevOps. It’s an asset if you have experience supporting large-scale data, regulatory, or transformation initiatives within Capital Markets.
