Your role
As Senior Manager of Journalism and Programming for the Estrie station, you are responsible for planning, guiding, organizing, producing and delivering content across all platforms (TV, radio and digital).
To develop your department, you manage the human, physical and financial resources assigned to you to achieve regional and Regional Services objectives. Under the overall authority of management, you work in tandem with all members of the leadership team and ensure that Journalistic Standards and Practices are applied throughout the department.
As Senior Manager, you are a creative, strategic, big-picture leader. You ensure the ongoing development of content creators by fostering their engagement and promoting inclusion. You thrive in a rapidly changing work environment, driven by the public broadcaster’s core values.
