Your Mandate
Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for establishing workplace health and well-being advisory services for employees, managers, and the HR team and for operationalizing them. You are the liaison between key internal stakeholders (that is the business leaders, the Human Resources, the Disability Management team, the Occupational Health and Safety team, the legal team and the workplace accommodation team) and external stakeholders (that is external disability claim providers). Your goal is to support employees in returning to work smoothly and safely. Working closely with the disability management team, you will provide personalized recommendations and keep follow-ups moving forward gently and efficiently. You will also participate in return-to-work discussions and help guide HR solutions to find thoughtful, practical accommodations that reflect the unique needs of our work environment.
You will support the HR generalist teams and managers on best practices by providing advisory support and adaptive coaching, designing practical tools, and developing training sessions tailored to their needs. You will advise HR and managers, particularly regarding reassignments, rehabilitation, return-to-work protocols, and independent medical evaluations.
You will be responsible for analyzing occupational health and disability management data and cases handled by our internal and external services to identify trends and provide recommendations aligned with the needs of managers and HR.
Your mandate also includes supporting employees by guiding them through the disability leave management and workplace compensation process.
