As a Digital Video Producer, you will work within the Audio and Digital sector. Among other responsibilities, you will be responsible for producing original content that showcases our programming and helps our content reach broader audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas and produce vertical-format content in the studio and in various locations.
  • Develop video concepts and formats tailored to different digital uses and platforms.
  • Determine the best narrative and visual approach based on the subject, personality, format and distribution context.
  • Propose creative ways to showcase content and demonstrate a strong sense of storytelling and concise, engaging messaging.
  • Develop content with the ability to stand on its own.
  • Adapt framing, composition, direction and on-camera talent direction to different formats and platforms.
  • Handle video editing, adapting pacing, structure and visual treatment to different digital uses.
  • Produce different versions and adaptations of the same source material when appropriate.
  • Bring a strategic perspective aligned with objectives established in collaboration with the teams involved.


This position combines remote work and on-site work. Working arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers in accordance with the guidelines established by the sector.


Your profile:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in video production.


Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of digital video conventions, particularly short-form, vertical and personality-driven formats.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to independently develop video content from concept to final product.
  • Ability to direct and support public personalities on camera with sensitivity and sound judgment.
  • Relevant experience in video shooting and editing.
  • Strong ability to use video production and editing tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent sense of framing, composition, pacing and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong command of written French.
