What you will do:

  • Deliver sales growth by working in collaboration with advisors and clients to achieve sales targets
  • Help clients and advisors work toward their long-term financial goals
  • Prospect new leads and leverage existing database of contacts to build and strengthen relationships
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients, track, document and monitor progress through Salesforce
  • Educate clients about a variety of insurance, benefit and wealth products, solutions, and services offered
  • Promote the value proposition of doing business with Canada Life
  • Provide pre and post-sales support by developing sales strategies, concepts and marketing ideas
  • Contribute to and consider new approaches to doing business with advisors and clients
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs

  • Industry specific designations such as CSC, CFP, CIM, IFIC and/or LLQP are a strong asset

The base salary for this position represents a few different roles and regions and can be between $54,700 minimum - $104,700 maximum annually, $70,800 minimum-$120,800 maximum annually or $90,400 minimum-$141,400 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
