Client Advisory Services (CAS) is Canada Life's advice and sales organization focused on building individual relationships with plan members and clients.
Our Retirement & Savings team helps bring that ambition to life by connecting plan members with advice, education and planning support throughout their financial journey. Through retirement planning, savings advice and targeted engagement programs, we help Canadians make informed financial decisions and improve their long-term financial well-being.
Reporting to the AVP, Client Advisory Retirement & Savings, the Manager, Opportunity Development (Retirement & Savings) is responsible for expanding member access to advice, planning and engagement programs across Canada Life's Workplace Retirement Services business.
Acting as the bridge between Client Advisory Services and Group Retirement Services, the Manager works through WRS Business Development teams, Client Relationship Executives and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, remove barriers and influence access decisions that increase participation across key retirement and savings programs.
As the primary CAS Retirement & Savings representative to WRS, the Manager is accountable for developing access strategies, activating opportunities, measuring program penetration, and establishing the performance framework that supports future growth.

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs

The base salary for this position is between $95,700 - $145,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
