As part of our national Claims Investigation Team, you will investigate suspicious disability claims involving potential misrepresentation or misuse of benefits. Your work will directly support accurate, defensible claim outcomes while protecting the financial integrity of Canada Life and the clients we serve.

Your investigations will support benefit decisions, recovery actions, and, when appropriate, escalation to legal or law enforcement partners. You will work closely with disability case managers and internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations that contribute to fair, timely, and well supported claim resolutions.
This role is well suited to professionals with strong experience in Disability Management or investigators from law enforcement, intelligence, OSINT, regulatory compliance, or corporate investigations who are looking to apply their skills in a complex insurance environment.
