Intern, Research and Technology, Program Office, 8-12 months What are your contributions to the team?

  • Participate in the coordination of collaborative research and technology projects with industry, academia, and government partners by identifying and implementing improvements to tools and processes.
  • Drive projects to success by maintaining governance, following up and closing actions, and ensuring documentation of lessons learned.
  • Satisfy your thirst for knowledge by actively researching the technical aspects of new and ongoing projects, enabling you to be an active participant and valuable contributor.
  • Assist in the coordination of financial reporting for various funding mechanisms within the Research and Technology Office.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in the second or third year of university with an interest in Aerospace Engineering, Product Development, and Continuous Improvement.
  • You keep abreast with the latest technological developments and have a flair for research.
  • You have a positive attitude, attention to detail and identify as a self-starter.
  • You have great communication skills in English (French is an asset, but not a must).
  • You are familiar with Power BI and all Microsoft Office 365 Tools.

  • Duration: 8 months
  • Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.  All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
