SUMMARY
The Drawing & Occupancy Technologist II provides support to the team to meet project deliverables, support transition of new accounts and provides reporting and analysis. Areas of responsibility include creation and maintenance of drawings (architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical) and support of occupancy tools for client base. The Drawing & Occupancy Technologist II is focused on executing reporting, updating day to day client requests and is able to work without constant supervision and can take on responsibility for specific projects or tasks. This role is responsible for mentoring and coaching as required.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $554,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, professional designations and performance related to this role.
