Summary

Bell AI Fabric is building Canada's largest sovereign AI infrastructure platform. As Senior Manager, Bell AI Fabric Strategy, you will work at the centre of the organization's most consequential strategic, commercial, and operational priorities, helping turn ambitious ideas into decisions, action, and completed outcomes.

This is a high-exposure role for an ambitious and intellectually curious strategy professional who wants broader responsibility and a steeper learning curve than a traditional consulting path may provide. Working closely with the Director, Bell AI Fabric Strategy and senior leaders, you will tackle high-stakes questions, see how executive decisions are made, and help bring those decisions to life.

Your work will span strategic problem-solving, primary and secondary research, executive presentations, project leadership, stakeholder coordination, governance, and hands-on execution. You will build the plans, create the operating rhythm, solve obstacles, and sustain the momentum required to move complex priorities across the finish line.

This role is designed for someone energized by difficult problems, visible impact, and continuous growth. You do not need to know everything on day one. Success will come from curiosity, optimism, analytical rigour, humility, responsiveness to direction, and the drive to keep improving the work and yourself. The opportunity is to become the person leaders trust when important work simply needs to get done.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support the Director, Bell AI Fabric Strategy and senior leaders on Bell AI Fabric's highest-priority initiatives, taking ownership of defined workstreams and driving them from an initial question through analysis, decision, execution, and completion.
•    Structure complex and ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, research agendas, analyses, and practical recommendations, using evidence and judgment to separate signal from noise.
•    Build, maintain, and drive integrated workplans that translate strategic priorities into clear actions, deliverables, owners, dependencies, milestones, decision points, and timelines.
•    Run multiple initiatives with discipline and urgency, maintaining a single source of truth, tracking commitments, surfacing risks early, and staying with the work until the intended outcome is delivered.
•    Conduct rigorous primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and source validation; use AI thoughtfully to accelerate work without substituting it for independent investigation, critical thinking, or verification.
•    Develop clean, decision-oriented materials that communicate options, trade-offs, risks, recommendations, and required actions with precision, analytical rigour, and a compelling executive narrative.
•    Move quickly from issue identification to solution and action, developing practical paths forward, escalation options, and recovery plans that keep critical initiatives moving.
•    Continuously improve governance, planning, tracking, reporting, research methods, and ways of working, looking for each deliverable and process to be better than the last.
•    Partner with senior leaders and workstream owners to clarify expectations, sequence the work, align decisions, and create accountability, while taking direction constructively and rapidly translating feedback into stronger outputs.
•    Build trusted relationships across Bell AI Fabric, Bell, governments, customers, partners, advisors, and other stakeholders, becoming known as an optimistic, credible, and dependable person who helps others succeed.
•    Create compelling executive, Bell AI Fabric Board, government, customer, and partner presentations that simplify complex issues, withstand scrutiny, and support timely decisions.
•    Facilitate working sessions, governance forums, and project reviews that produce decisions, owners, dates, and follow-through, then remain engaged until every consequential action is closed.
•    Encourage stakeholders to move faster, think more deeply, and raise the quality of their output through positive challenge, practical support, preparation, and respectful persistence.
•    Create leverage for the Director and broader leadership team by anticipating needs, protecting quality, closing gaps, and ensuring important work is not merely started but finished.

Critical Qualifications

•    Typically 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, project management, strategic planning, or another environment that develops comparable analytical and execution capabilities.
•    Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis and research, synthesize complex information, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action.
•    Strong project management capability, including experience building and driving detailed workplans across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through to completion.
•    Strong PowerPoint, executive communication, and presentation development skills, with high standards for accuracy, narrative logic, clarity, and visual quality.
•    Ability to understand complex business, operational, technical, and stakeholder issues quickly and simplify them into clear choices, actions, and decisions.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust, create momentum, and influence positively without formal authority.
•    High standards for quality, organization, accountability, and follow-through, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong personal drive to close open items.
•    Capacity to manage several urgent priorities, work at pace, absorb feedback without defensiveness, and remain optimistic and solutions-oriented under pressure.
•    Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and invest additional effort during critical periods to research unfamiliar issues thoroughly and deliver a well-supported outcome.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Management consulting experience or equivalent training in structured problem-solving, rigorous research, analysis, executive communication, and project delivery.
•    Strong intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to understand new industries, technologies, commercial models, and stakeholder environments beyond the surface level.
•    Experience in infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, energy, data centres, government, or another complex, fast-moving sector is a benefit.
•    A track record of taking ownership of difficult work, finding a practical path forward, and preferring completed outcomes over activity or unfinished starts.
•    An optimistic, practical, and low-ego working style, with a bias toward solutions, openness to direction, and a willingness to improve the work repeatedly.
•    Strong team orientation and an understanding that success includes making the Director, leadership team, stakeholders, and broader organization more effective.
•    Ambition to grow into larger leadership roles, matched by self-motivation, consistent effort, continuous improvement, and a reputation for reliably making important work happen.
