POSITION OVERVIEW


As an Advisor, Employee Experience, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, optimizing and supporting initiatives to enrich the employees experience throughout their journey with the organization.


Thanks to your expertise, your sound advice and your proactive and effective solutions, you will offer support to our various HR employees (HRBP, Human Resources Advisors, etc.) in the implementation of key programs related to the engagement, recognition and performance of our talents.


This position, and the projects and programs associated with it, also contributes to the achievement of the overall objectives of the company's strategy and culture, creating long-term sustainable value.


This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, has a background in project management, strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and wants to evolve in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


CHALLENGES TO BE MET


  • Lead or collaborate on specific projects or programs related to our employee experience. This may include recognition, performance management, talent or employee value proposition programs.
  • Manages cross-functional projects and aligns other teams and collaborators on initiatives, including project prioritization and deployment planning.
  • Manages the practices for which he/she is responsible "all the way" in the implementation, in particular by preparing communications related to the strategies for managers and employees. Also collaborates with the HRPAs, the internal communication and change management team during deployment.
  • Collects and analyzes data to assess the impact of its programs, collects external best practices, and takes feedback from our employé.es, leaders, and HRPPs to continuously improve and strengthen our programs.
  • Contributes to the updating of tools, guides and content related to the employee experience.
  • Ensures rigorous follow-up of requests and keeps its databases up to date.
  • Promotes self-service tools and best practices to employees and managers.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an employee and/or advisor experience role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Customer service sense, team player and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office) and HR systems (e.g., proficiency in Workday is a significant asset).
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement and employee experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of HR programs and methods and ability to explain them to HR advisors, managers or employees.
