What you will do
The Security Screening and Access Programs team plays a critical role in protecting the Bank's employees, information, assets, and operations by ensuring that individuals entrusted with access to Bank facilities, information, systems, and assets meet established security requirements. The team delivers personnel security screening services that support informed decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, fairness, privacy, and security.
As a Security Screening Analyst, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Bank's personnel security screening program. You will manage security screening cases, analyze information from multiple sources, provide advice to stakeholders, and support screening decisions through sound analysis, judgement, and professional recommendations.

Your education and experience
This position requires a university degree or college diploma in criminology, security management, intelligence studies, public administration, business administration, law, risk management, or another related discipline and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in personnel security screening, investigations, security administration, risk assessment, compliance, intelligence, human resources, law enforcement, access management, or a related field.

Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French. The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional). If a qualified candidate who meets the language requirement of the position is not found, a qualified candidate who does not meet the language requirement may be considered. Training may be provided to help reach the required level. Both bilingual and unilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Bank offers work arrangements that provide employees with flexibility, enable high-performing teams, and support an excellent workplace culture. Most employees can telework from home for a portion of each month as part of the Bank’s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of 12 days per month to help build connections between colleagues. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
