In this role as a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyze, design, and deliver impactful solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

• Reports to: MX Trading & TMX Operation Portal Lead
• Job Location: This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Montreal, QC

Key Accountabilities:

• Solution Analysis & Design: Analyze client requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Client & User Support: Deliver high-quality client support and offer technical assistance to internal users across the organization.
• System Stability: Monitor, maintain, and ensure overall stability across the Salesforce platform.
• Issue Management: Identify, document, and resolve technical issues within the production environment.

Must Have(s):

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Certifications demonstrating strong expertise in Salesforce clouds, specifically Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Deep Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Practical expertise in Salesforce functionalities, including permissions, security, and sharing architecture.
• Agile & Scrum Understanding: Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within multi-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Self-starter with a strong capacity to multitask, manage tight deadlines, build relationships, and navigate change and ambiguity.
• Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated accuracy, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves regular interaction with partners and stakeholders in both languages.

Nice to Have(s)

• Hands-on experience or exposure working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
