The Mobile Operations Specialist partners with stores, external and internal stakeholders to allow them to work smarter, learn more and grow every day. This role provides effective and efficient support to the Manager, Mobile Services by administering and executing various Operations programs in the telecom space. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that translates complex technical information into accessible content for a variety of audiences. This includes manuals, guides, FAQs, SOPs and internal knowledge bases.
