What will you do?

• Manage small to medium size customer electrical products orders.
• Communicate Project Schedules with confirmed dates to the customer after release of the order for manufacturing. Organize and manage potential large volume of daily communications.
• Create and manage purchase requirements for products not supported by local plants.
• Process RMA returns as needed.
• Deal with day-to-day issues on project business. (Sales, 3rd party, plant related issues)

Strong Capabilities in Business Results and Customer Orientation, Collaboration, Influencing and Change Manage.

What will you need to succeed?

• Degree/Diploma in the electrical field or work experience within the electrical field, an asset
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Project coordination with multiple small or medium sized project/orders 0-250K
• Ability to read electrical engineering drawings (is an asset)
• Demonstrated Business and Project Coordination acumen
• Ability to multi-task with administration functions as part of the role
• Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders
• Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales or project management organization.
• You must possess strong collaboration skills, adaptability, customer centricity and the willingness to take ownership.
• Strong organization skill
• Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint
• SAP or similar ERP system experience an asset
• Fluent in both English and French spoken and written as the role support the province of Quebec and Canada.
