Purpose
The Vice President, Facilities Management provides global leadership for the Bank’s Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategy, governance, performance, and critical environments mandate. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate & Corporate Services, the Vice President leads a global team accountable for governing a single IFM provider and overseeing IFM and ancillary services across the Bank’s footprint, including office, retail, and critical facilities assets spanning approximately 24 million square feet in 30 countries. The role establishes enterprise standards, strategy, governance, and risk oversight while partnering with Senior Business leaders and Country Heads to enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality execution globally. Success in this role requires deep experience managing outsourced service delivery at scale, including strong commercial discipline, service provider governance, performance management, contract oversight, and the ability to lead through transition and change.

Requirements
Extensive senior leadership experience, typically 15+ years, in corporate Real Estate and IFM within large, complex global organizations.
Experience working with large, global clients from the service provider side and/or overseeing service providers across a global portfolio is essential, including governance of outsourced operating models through periods of transition, complexity, and change.
Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-aligned Real Estate and IFM strategies that advance transformation, operational resilience, and efficiency.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence, advise, and partner effectively with executive stakeholders across geographies and functions.
Strong understanding of service performance disciplines, commercial frameworks, contract language, key performance indicators, co-employment considerations, and vendor governance practices required to manage outsourced services effectively at scale.
Exceptional leadership and people development capability, with experience leading geographically distributed teams through complexity and change.
Deep understanding of the Bank’s strategy, business model, operations, control environment, risk management, and regulatory expectations.
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and executive communication, including high-impact presentations to senior leadership and executive committees.
Experience overseeing mission-critical environments, complex building systems, capital programs, vendor governance, and outsourced service delivery models across multi-site or global portfolios.
Strong knowledge of facilities operations, critical infrastructure resilience, emergency management, workplace safety, sustainability, and service performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Spanish language capability is considered an asset
