Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Support the analysis, documentation, and validation of business needs to resolve problems and identify opportunities for process and data improvement.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business lines, countries, and external delivery partners to gather requirements, support priority discussions, and translate business objectives into clear functional requirements and actionable outcomes.
  • Support Data Analysis and Mapping: Define and support data collection, analysis, transformation, mapping, modelling, prototyping, and referential integrity requirements needed to deliver data products that meet business and reporting needs.
  • Understand Business Processes and Workflows: Analyze business processes, system flows, and operating requirements across people, processes, and technology to support the development of effective workflows and process documentation.
  • Support Quality Delivery: Apply attention to detail and work closely with development and quality assurance teams to help ensure requirements are clear, testable, and delivered with quality.
  • Contribute Ideas for Improvement: Suggest practical solutions and alternatives to stakeholders to support effective process and implementation.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 2+ years of practical business analysis experience within a wealth management firm, working on medium-to-large-scale projects.

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis: Ability to understand data structures, query databases (SQL), and analyze and map data to support business needs.
  • Flexibility and Accountability: Ability to prioritize and work across multiple initiatives as a team member to deliver assigned tasks on time and with quality.
  • Agile Experience: A solid understanding and demonstrated ability to deliver projects and products in an Agile manner (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
