The Executive Assistant contributes to the overall success of the department by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. They will also ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Ability to distinguish between higher and lower priority meetings and events and prioritize the attendance of executives accordingly.
Be responsible for coordinating Senior Credit Committee (SCC) and Portfolio Management Forum (PMF) meetings, including preparing and distributing the agenda, compiling meeting materials, and ensuring Committee members receive all required documentation within established timelines.
Also be responsible for obtaining, compiling, and distributing meeting minutes, supporting meeting logistics, and maintaining records of Committee proceedings and related documentation. Meeting Occurrence: Generally held daily, or as requested by the SVP for Senior Credit Committee and Bi-Weekly for Portfolio Management Forum.
Ensure the Notice of Committee meetings, along with the agenda and supporting materials, are distributed at least 12 hours prior to the meeting.
