What you’ll do As the Teaching Offering Manager (TOM) for SAP’s Analytics and Data Science portfolio (approximately 80% of the role), you will lead the design, enhancement, and adoption of academic teaching offerings in this dynamic field. You will create, refine, and promote courses and materials that enable university students worldwide to build analytics and data science skills using SAP solutions. As the SAP University Alliances Country Manager for Canada (approximately 20% of the role), you will manage relationships with existing University Alliances member institutions and drive adoption of SAP’s academic teaching offerings across Canada, with additional support for North America
Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead 1–2 strategic projects to develop or expand innovative, data‑focused teaching offerings (e.g., on SAP Business Data Cloud), ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
  • Co-create educational programs with internal teams and external academic and industry partners.
  • Plan and execute enablement, go‑to‑market, and adoption initiatives for offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, product strategies, and competitor activities to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Define, measure, and report adoption and growth metrics across institutions and learners.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to educators and stakeholders.
  • Organize and host events for the SAP University Alliances community in North America.
  • Manage and grow relationships with SAP University Alliances members in Canada and onboard new institutions 

This position is a full-time leave stand-in role limited for 12 months.


What you brin 

  • University degree (or comparable) – preferably with data analytics, and/or pedagogical focus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive partnerships – willingness and ability to work in international settings.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP’s analytics/data science solution product portfolio – SAP analytics/data science related certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent English language skills – French skills in addition are an advantage.
  • Aptitude and willingness to understand and shape system and academic curriculum requirements that can be transitioned into scalable teaching offerings.
  • Interest and proven aptitude in using artificial intelligence to increase productivity of own work (e.g. generative AI, automation of workflows).
  • First experiences in academic teaching or curriculum design and delivery are an advantage (e.g. through working as a tutor or teaching assistant).
  • Solid understanding of or first work experience in sales/marketing are an advantage

Vous créerez, affinerez et ferez la promotion de cours et ressources qui permettent à des étudiants du monde entier de développer des compétences en analytique et science des données en utilisant les solutions SAP. En tant que Responsable pays SAP University Alliances pour le Canada (environ 20 % du rôle), vous gèrerez les relations avec les institutions membres des alliances universitaires existantes et favoriserez l'adoption des offres d’enseignement universitaire de SAP au Canada, avec un soutien supplémentaire pour l’Amérique du Nord.
Les responsabilités clés incluront : 

  • Gérer 1-2 projets stratégiques pour développer ou étendre des offres d’enseignement innovatives axées sur les données (par exemple, sur SAP Business Data Cloud), en assurant la qualité et la livraison ponctuelle.
  • Cocréer des programmes de formation avec des équipes internes et des partenaires universitaires et industriels externes.
  • Planifier et exécuter des initiatives d’habilitation, de commercialisation et d'adoption des offres.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché, les stratégies des produits et les activités des concurrents pour informer les décisions relatives aux feuilles de route.
  • Définir, mesurer et rendre compte des métriques d'adoption et de croissance auprès des institutions et des apprenants.
  • Effectuer des présentations et démonstrations captivantes auprès des enseignants et des parties prenantes.
  • Organiser et accueillir des événements pour la communauté SAP University Alliances en Amérique du Nord.
  • Gérer et développer les relations avec les membres de SAP University Alliances au Canada et intégrer de nouvelles institutions

Votre profil
 

  • Diplôme universitaire (ou équivalent); de préférence avec une orientation en analyse de données et/ou en pédagogie
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et organisation.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à gérer les parties prenantes et capacité à créer des partenariats fructueux; volonté et capacité de travailler dans un contexte international.
  • Bonnes compétences de communication et de présentation.
  • Connaissance du portefeuille de solutions d’analyse/de science des données de SAP; une certification en analyse/science des données SAP serait un plus.
  • Excellent niveau d’anglais; des connaissances supplémentaires en français seraient un plus.
  • Capacité et volonté de comprendre et d’élaborer des exigences système et de programmes académiques pouvant être converties en offres d’enseignement évolutives.
  • Intérêt et capacités démontrées dans l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle pour augmenter la productivité de son propre travail (par exemple, IA générative, automatisation de flux de travail).
  • Une première expérience dans l’enseignement académique ou l’élaboration et l'exécution de programmes serait un plus (par exemple, comme tuteur ou enseignant auxiliaire).
  • Une solide compréhension de la vente/du marketing ou une première expérience dans ce domaine seraient un avantage.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 62,500- 135,100 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
