Bilingual FX Processing Officer

Job Summary

Job Description

Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?

• Input/Release function for all activities related to IBC Wires.
• Book incoming/outgoing wires with Capital Market/ treasury.
• Deliver high quality, timely and error-free service to clients and service partners on FCA through effective call handling
• Manage internal and external client relationships from a service perspective, including direct client interactions where appropriate.
• Proactively manage escalated items to satisfactory resolution.                                      
  
  

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have       

• 2 years’ experience in the financial industry or previous experience in a customer support role
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada.
• Efficient and accurate data entry abilities
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in high volume & strict timeframe deadlines
