Senior Associate, Digital Operations, Consulting (Bilingual FR/EN)

We provide comprehensive advisory services spanning procurement strategy and category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and performance management, inventory and network optimization, demand & supply planning (S&OP), process and operating model redesign, and digital/analytics enablement—including automation, business intelligence, and procurement platforms. As a Senior Associate in Operations & Procurement Consulting, you will bring strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and practical implementation experience to diagnose challenges, design pragmatic solutions, and support clients through execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Meaningful Work You’ll Be Part Of 

As a digital operations Senior Associate at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyze client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements. 

• Work mainly in the Financial Services industry (Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, Real Estate) 
  
  
• Demonstrate proven analytical thinking for analyzing and solving our clients’ toughest problems accurately and quickly 
  
  
• Identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations 
  
  
• Develop & manage efficient and realistic work plans; demonstrating sensitivity to the client’s agenda, perspectives, and culture 
  
  
• Have excellent quantitative as well as qualitative analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data and research 
  
  
• Demonstrate ambition to build client capabilities and relationships with lasting impact

• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
