Your Job

  • Handle file processing, system entries (Felix, T24, Wave), enforceable documentation, and peer audits with precision.
  • Complete and audit contract modifications and transactions, including bulk and high-value items up to $1MM.
  • Provide expert advice on agreement modifications, manage risk, and minimize financial losses.
  • Conduct audits as required by Felix, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Deliver clear transaction instructions and manage challenging conversations with a customer-first approach.
  • Identify training needs, streamline processes, and mentor peers on manual tasks and audits.
  • Stay informed on system and policy changes, support software testing, and communicate requirements internally and externally.

Basic requirements

  • Business degree or diploma is a requirement or equivalent work experience and/or training.
  • 5 years sales administration experience or file audit experience in the finance industry.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Broker Buying Centre and Equipment Finance Group financial products.
  • Expert on applications such as Felix, Billings, NLI Credit Portal, Salesforce, Case console, T-value, NL Interactive, T24 and Wave etc.
  • Strong accounting competence in handling billings, understanding invoice requirements, and grasping taxability concepts.
