Medavie Blue Cross is seeking a Corporate Client Service Representative (Account Associate) to join our Group Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is committed to building strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
As an Account Associate, you’ll work closely with Account Executives and operational teams to support the sale and retention of group insurance plans. You’ll manage all aspects of the group sales process—from onboarding and renewals to proactive service and client education—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and advisors.
