What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Dealer Relations Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with their operational needs through our online system features.

  • Managing complex processes such as user, product, and dealer configurations.

  • Quickly identifying technical issues and escalating them to IT teams.

  • Producing reports and data extracts upon request.

  • Providing fast, professional, and efficient customer service via phone and email.

  • Verifying configuration accuracy before implementation.

  • Keeping documentation up to date and following up on requests.

  • Offering support and training to less experienced colleagues.

  • Participating in projects and training to support your development.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

  • Has solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • Has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Is proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and has a good understanding of frontend systems.

  • Bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred (advanced level), as the role involves frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders who are either French- or English-speaking.

The typical salary range for this position is between $49,176 and $61,468 CAD per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
