Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant

The Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant provides administrative support to the Contact Centre Staff.
 

How you will create impact:

  • Responsible for preparing letters, endorsements, liability slips, binders, 3rd party requests and experience letters to our clients by means of LIR request via the Datacapture database and the LIRA queue.
  • Responsible for the administrative Exdate process working with sales and marketing.
  • Process the pool of risk alert abeyances.
  • Responsible for monitoring Internet services and sales email boxes and taking appropriate action.

To join our team:

  • Good computer and keyboarding skills with a minimum of 35 wpm.
  • Previous office experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

  • This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time. 
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
