As the Claims Representative I, Auto, you will investigate, negotiate and settle service claims for the organization for the National Claims team. You will contribute to the organization’s client service culture through professional interactions with clients and implementing innovative and client centric solutions.


How you will create impact:

• Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement.
• Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims.
• Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries.
• Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims.

To join our team:

• You have 2-3 years experience working in the customer service industry. Insurance related experience would be an asset.
• Having a post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset.
• You are driven to create an exceptional customer experience.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and changing working environment.
• You are comfortable with technology and have excellent computer skills.
• You will be required to work towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses.
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
