JOB SUMMARY
Perform the surveillance necessary to prevent accidents by administering policies, procedures, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of patrons using the pool and perform rescues and first aid necessary for the preservation of life in a team setting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Grade 10.
Minimum age requirement is 15 years of age.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCES
Current National Lifeguard Pool certificateCurrent Lifesaving Instructor certificateCurrent Standard First Aid, CPR and/or AED certificatesCurrent Oxygen Therapy or LSS Airway Management certificateAODA Accessibility/IASR TrainingCurrent Lifesaving Instructor certificate is an asset
